The usage figures given below are intended as guidelines only, but we find that many people overestimate how much data transfer they will need. For the vast majority of customers, the Choice 15GB package provides adequate data transfer. Only very intensive users need consider anything above 50GB (ie our Freedom packages).

Data transfer figures are collected monthly and for any GB or part thereof over the included amount, a charge of £1.00 is made in arrears.

Example: If you are on the 2GB package and use 8.5GB over the month the bill would be as follows:

If you are consistently using more data than included with your package, you can move to an alternative Choice package free of charge.
