Pre-configured, High quality hardware - delivered to your door.
If you purchase hardware from us then we will pre-configure it for you, and help you install it. You are of course free to use whatever hardware you prefer.
And remember, we do not provide USB hardware because it is insecure. Using a router acts as a firewall between your computer / network and the internet. For more information, please see our security page.
All routers come pre-configured with your username and password and are supplied with a CD-ROM with a PDF file of instructions. For convenience instructions can also be downloaded on the the Support page. Please refer to this in the first instance. If you still have difficulties, please check our Getting Started page, post in our forum or call support.
All hardware packages contain one microfilter, but if you need extra they are just £1.99 each (you need one for each socket in your home or office with anything plugged into it). Delivery is free.
Go wireless - work in around the house or in the garden!
With a wireless router you can have ADSL access to computers around the house, and use your laptop in the garden if the fancy takes you. The router has four hard-wired ports as well - it is well worth getting things working with a wired connection first before playing with the wireless bit! To use wireless, each connecting device (e.g. PC or laptop) must have wireless capability. This might be a PCMCIA card for a laptop or and IDE or USB device for a desktop. If your computer doesn't have a wireless connection, you can consider one of our all-in-one packages below.

- A true bargain! This is our entry level model. You can connect one device directly to the router, but if you need to connect more, just upgrade to a 4-port or wireless router.

- Connect up to four devices direct to the router - if you want more, just add a switch or a hub and off you go.

- If you want the convenience of wireless but your laptop doesn't have a wireless connection, this pack provides everything you need. A wireless router and a PCMCIA card for the laptop means you can surf the internet with the convenience of wireless.
- Home Plug Pack
- Includes a HomePlug router (4 port router with built in HomePlug) and a HomePlug device. If you require any additional HomePlugs just call or email us once you have placed the order, these are priced at £25 per unit.
Homeplug Wireless alternative
Sometimes wireless just isn't up to the job. If you have thick walls, or multiple floors then sometimes wireless signals aren't capable of getting through. With the HomePlug system, your connection is routed over your mains wiring in the house. You can plug the router in to a socket near your phone line, connecting up to 4 PCs to the router, then plug the HomePlug in nearer your other PC. No trailing wires and no need for wireless.
Additional Microfilters at £1.99 each*
You will need a splitter (sometimes called a microfilter) for each phone socket in your house (remembering to include devices such as Sky boxes, modems etc). The splitter prevents interference between the normal phone line and the ADSL data signal. Our splitters are amongst the cheapest yet most effective on the market. Some ISPs charge up to £10.00 per splitter! *We can only supply microfilters with hardware orders.
